Splitboard Proposal in Valemount, BC
We set out on a hut trip for the weekend with high hopes for good weather - as any group would - but Tanner had high hopes for perfect weather so he could finally propose to Maymie. At this point, he'd already had the ring for a long time, and his only rule for proposing was that he'd do it ONLY if the weather was great.
We set out on a tour from our hut with beautiful sunny weather, perfect powder underfoot, and high hut trip stoke.
As we started to leave the treeline, the glaciers on the mountains ahead of us became our view, and we decided on a spot to stop and transition over. Tanner gave the nod that he was ready to pop the question, and she said YES!
This proposal felt so personal to Maymie and Tanner, and I'm so honoured to have been there to help document it. Days like this are truly pinch me moments for me in this business. Thank you guys for having me!
